  • Duplicate this page into your own Notion workspace (top right right side > Duplicate)
  • Add your own recipes
  • Connect your recipes to the groceries database
  • Adjust the plans below or make your own!

Use the Master view to select the items needed. The Grocery List view is filtered to only show the items checked, so you can use this view when you're at the grocery store with your phone.
✏️ MEAL PLANNING TIPS
STRUCTURED
  • Plan for 2 dinners (2-3 courses each)
  • Plan at least 1 lunch (2-3 courses each)
  • Plan at least 1 signature salad/side
 
UNSTRUCTURED
  • Plan 2-3 versatile elements (roasted veggies, rice, tofu, etc) that can be combined to form additional lunches or dinner as needed: stir fry, soup, buddha bowls, tacos
 
Store servings in individual jars for easy storing and reheating
