Key Responsibilities
1. Service Expansion Identify and penetrate the European market to provide high-quality IT staffing and consulting solutions. Consult with C-level executives to build offshore/nearshore dedicated development centers. 2. Product Sales & Strategic Partnerships Product Pitching: Lead the sales cycle for Zimaw’s in-house products, from initial demo to closing licensing or subscription deals. Investment Acquisition: Identify and engage with strategic partners, VC firms, or corporate clients interested in investing in or acquiring Zimaw’s products. Market Feedback: Act as the bridge between the market and our Product team, gathering insights to refine product-market fit for the European region. 3. Strategic Networking & Pipeline Management Build a robust pipeline through multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, Cold Outreach, Industry Events in Europe). Develop pitch decks and proposals that highlight both Zimaw’s service excellence and product ROI. Manage end-to-end contract negotiations for both service-based and product-based deals.

Location: Da Nang, Viet Nam Reporting to: CEO Positon: Senior/Leader/Manager Business Development (Global Market) 🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW Zimaw is looking for a versatile Senior Business Development Manager / BD Leader to spearhead our expansion. In this role, you will hold a dual responsibility: expanding our service footprint (Dedicated Teams/Consulting) and driving commercial growth for Zimaw’s internal products. You will be responsible for finding clients who need high-end tech solutions and investors/partners interested in adopting or investing in Zimaw's proprietary product ecosystem.
Requirement
Experience: 3–5+ years in IT Business Development. Market Knowledge: Proven track record of closing deals in Europe; understanding European business ethics and investment landscapes. Communication: Exceptional English. Ability to pitch a visionary product just as fluently as a technical service. Mindset: A "Founder's Mentality" – someone who can sell a vision, not just a resource. Why Join This Project?
