Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage UAT and Regression Testing execution across business functions and testing teams.
Own and lead the defect lifecycle — from defect logging, triage, assignment, retesting to closure.
Conduct daily defect triage meetings with functional leads, developers, and business users to prioritise and resolve issues.
Ensure all defects are logged accurately in JIRA / X-Ray / Zephyr, with clear replication steps, screenshots, and business impact.
Track, monitor, and report defect KPIs (open/closed defects, aging, severity, retest pass rate).
Prepare and present defect summary reports to the Programme Test Lead and stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with offshore/onshore teams across multiple time zones (EU / APAC) to align testing and defect resolution.
Support test data setup, environment readiness, and issue escalation processes.
Maintain strong communication with business and technical teams to ensure alignment on testing progress and quality metrics.

Qualifications
5–8 years of SAP testing experience, including SIT, UAT, Regression, and PVT.
Proven hands-on experience in Defect Management / Defect Triage Leadership in large-scale SAP programmes.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD (manufacturing environment preferred).
Experience using test management tools such as JIRA, X-Ray, Zephyr, or HP ALM.
Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager Test Suite is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English and Thai, both written and verbal.
Highly organised, structured, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Test & Defect Lead to support Pandora’s SAP S/4HANA Programme during the UAT and Regression Testing phases.
This role will own the end-to-end defect management process, ensuring that all defects are captured, analysed, tracked, and reported in alignment with global test governance standards.
You will act as a bridge between the business users, test teams, and development teams, ensuring timely defect triage, prioritisation, and closure to maintain testing quality and readiness for go-live.
