Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in relocation, warehouse, logistics, or infrastructure-heavy projects
Strong hands-on experience with IT Infrastructure and Digital Workplace environments
Experience coordinating multiple vendors, construction teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
Solid understanding of networking, cabling, server rooms, workplace IT, and on-site deployments
Strong project management skills, including risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication
Ability to work independently in a complex, fast-paced project environment
Language & Availability
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Able to work onsite in Bangkok during the project period

Project Overview
Pandora is relocating its Thailand Distribution Center (TDC), including both warehouse and office facilities, to a new location a few hundred meters from the current site in Bangkok (Gemopolice).
The project focuses on delivering IT Infrastructure and Digital Workplace solutions, including network, meeting room, workstation, and warehouse IT equipment.
Role Summary
The IT Project Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering all Infrastructure and Digital Workplace workstreams of the TDC relocation project. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and the construction company to ensure a smooth and timely relocation.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and track all deliverables within the IT Infrastructure and Digital Workplace streams of the TDC relocation project.
• Work in close alignment with the overall Business Project Manager and key stakeholders (Directors, Architects, Infrastructure and Digital Workplace teams).
• Coordinate with hardware and technology vendors to ensure timely delivery, installation, and commissioning of IT equipment.
• Provide regular project status updates, progress reports, and risk assessments to the Business PM and stakeholders.
• Identify project dependencies, risks, and constraints, and ensure mitigation plans are defined and executed.
• Ensure tight coordination with the construction company so that all IT infrastructure requirements (structured cabling, cooling, power supply, server room setup, etc.) are properly reflected in construction plans and implemented accordingly.
Scope of Work
Digital Workplace & IT Support
• Office workstation setup and testing
• Shared workstation setup (QA and other shared areas)
• IT setup and testing for meeting rooms
• Installation of end-user IT equipment (PCs, scanners, printers, etc.)
• Evaluation and setup of meeting room systems
• Onsite end-user support during setup and go-live
• Ensure proper storage and management of end-user equipment
IT Infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with IT infrastructure requirements and manage ordering and deployment
• Identify requirements for cabling, printer sockets, and network outlets
• Set up network, server, and internet connectivity, including integration with existing sites and systems
• Define server room layout, cabling, cooling, power supply, and fire safety requirements
• Supervise technical implementation of cabling and infrastructure works
• Ensure working internet connectivity with required redundancy
• Provision and install network equipment to support wired and wireless connectivity across warehouse and office areas, including CCTV and building control systems
• Provide dedicated servers where required (e.g. for CCTV systems)
• Telephone system setup, if required
