Key Responsibilities
7–12+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on software or system implementation projects. • Proven experience delivering enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, CRM, WMS, BI/Analytics, automation platforms, or custom applications. • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile or hybrid delivery models, system integration, testing processes, and release management. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and vendor coordination skills. • Ability to engage in technical discussions related to APIs, data flows, system configuration, and technical constraints (preferred). • PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a strong plus. • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

Work Location: Onsite Bangkok, Thailand Contract Duration: Until December 2026 Deadline apply: January 29th Role Overview The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of software and system implementation projects, ensuring solutions are successfully deployed, adopted by users, and aligned with business objectives. This role manages the full project lifecycle — from project scoping, planning, and vendor coordination to system configuration, testing, deployment, and post–go-live stabilization. The Project Manager ensures high-quality execution, clear stakeholder communication, and measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Delivery Management • Lead full lifecycle software implementation projects, including requirements confirmation, solution design validation, configuration, testing, deployment, and post–go-live support. • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, scope, milestones, and deliverables based on business requirements. • Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure delivery within agreed timelines and budgets. 2. Software & System Implementation Leadership • Manage implementation of enterprise applications such as ERP, MES, workflow automation, CRM, BI/analytics platforms, and custom business systems. • Coordinate configuration, development, and system integration activities with internal technical teams and external vendors. • Ensure business and technical requirements are accurately translated into effective system solutions. 3. Cross-Functional Coordination • Collaborate closely with Business stakeholders, IT, Data, QA, Infrastructure teams, and external partners. • Facilitate workshops, requirements reviews, solution design discussions, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Align all teams on dependencies, impacts, and release plans. 4. Vendor & Partner Management • Manage system integrators, software vendors, and consulting partners. • Track deliverables, SLAs, work packages, and contractual commitments. • Review technical documentation and validate proposed technical and functional solutions. 5. Testing, Deployment & Change Management • Oversee test planning, execution, defect resolution, and acceptance sign-off. • Manage cutover planning, data migration readiness, and go-live activities. • Support change management initiatives, user training coordination, and user adoption activities. 6. Governance & Reporting • Maintain RAID logs, project documentation, governance records, and regular status reports. • Provide clear and transparent communication to stakeholders and leadership regarding project progress, risks, and mitigation plans. • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and audit requirements. 7. Financial & Resource Management • Track project budgets, spending, and ROI for digital initiatives. • Align and coordinate resource planning across Business, IT, and Data teams.
